Welcome to TruthUni. By accessing or using TruthUni, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
TruthUni is a platform where users can browse, post, and interact with university and professor-related content, including reviews, ratings, comments, and other community contributions.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use TruthUni in a way that involves submitting personal data. By using TruthUni, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account with another person or allow unauthorized access to it.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or are used in a harmful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent manner.
Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, and other content on TruthUni. By posting content, you agree that:
TruthUni may review, remove, restrict, edit formatting, de-index, or moderate content at our discretion where we believe it violates these Terms, harms users, exposes the platform to legal or security risk, or damages the community.
We are not required to publish or keep any particular submission on the platform.
You retain ownership of content you submit to TruthUni. However, by submitting content, you grant TruthUni a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, improve, and promote the platform.
This licence continues for as long as necessary for platform operation, legitimate business purposes, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement, archival integrity, and moderation records, subject to applicable law and any rights you may have under data protection law.
You agree not to:
TruthUni contains user-generated content. We do not guarantee that reviews, ratings, comments, or other content on the platform are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use the platform and rely on its content at your own risk.
The TruthUni platform, including its name, branding, software, design, layout, and original site content, is owned by or licensed to TruthUni unless otherwise stated. Except where allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.
Your use of TruthUni is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using TruthUni, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed in accordance with that policy and applicable law.
We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to TruthUni at any time where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, investigation, enforcement, abuse prevention, content moderation, or breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the platform at any time.
TruthUni is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, security, error-free operation, or that the platform will always meet your expectations or requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruthUni will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage, or for loss of profits, data, reputation, opportunity, or business arising out of or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of TruthUni after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of TruthUni will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.
